Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After that time, your order moves into processing and can no longer be changed.

During busy seasons and holidays, design modifications may take longer, which could delay delivery. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee rush delivery for custom changes during peak times.

Return/Refund Policy

At FaithGlow, all products are made to order according to your specific preferences. Due to this personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

If you're unhappy with your order due to defects, damage, receiving the wrong item, or printing quality issues, please contact our customer service team immediately. This policy is valid for 72 hours from your delivery date.

  • Label images

We will respond to your email within 24 hours to negotiate a follow-up decision (replacement or full refund). We value your happiness and trust your judgment. Please note that personalized items cannot be reused or resold in the event of a refund. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible as the shipping address was provided by you. Please ensure you enter the correct address during checkout.

If a package is marked "unclaimed," "return to sender," or deemed undeliverable by the final mile carrier, we will email you with relevant information and assistance.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged.
